What our ADHD & Mental Health Clinic offer
All assessments are carried out by an experienced clinician and involve a thorough review of your history, symptoms and the impact on your day-to-day life. You will leave with a clear understanding of the findings and what the recommended next steps are.

- Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Assessment – a thorough, multi-stage assessment to reach a formal diagnostic conclusion
- Initial Mental Health Assessment – a detailed consultation to understand your mental health history, current symptoms and support needs
- Anxiety & Depression Assessment – targeted assessment for those experiencing symptoms of anxiety, low mood or depression
- Follow-Up Appointment – structured review appointments to monitor progress, adjust management plans and provide continuity of care
- Psychiatric Consultation – access to psychiatric input where clinically indicated (subject to availability)
About our ADHD assessments
ADHD is significantly underdiagnosed in adults, and NHS waiting times for assessment can run to several years in many areas. Our private ADHD pathway offers a timely alternative — beginning with a screening assessment to establish whether a full diagnostic evaluation is warranted, followed by a comprehensive assessment where appropriate.
We understand that reaching out about ADHD — particularly as an adult — can feel daunting. Our approach is straightforward and supportive throughout, with clear communication at every stage of the process.

An ADHD screening is an initial structured appointment to explore whether ADHD symptoms are present and significant enough to warrant formal investigation. A comprehensive ADHD diagnostic assessment is a more in-depth, multi-stage process that leads to a formal diagnostic conclusion. Your clinician will advise on which is the appropriate starting point based on your history and presentation.
Yes. We assess adults for ADHD. ADHD in adults is often under-recognised, and many people reach adulthood without a diagnosis despite experiencing significant difficulties. Our assessments are designed to be appropriate for adults and take into account how ADHD presents across the lifespan.
Completely. Everything discussed at your appointment is strictly confidential. With your consent, we can share information with your NHS GP or other treating clinicians — but this is always your choice.
Yes. Follow-up appointments are available to review progress, adjust any management plan and provide continuity of care. Where psychiatric input is needed, we can facilitate this through our clinical network, subject to availability.
