Travel
vaccinations
Travelling to certain destinations requires up-to-date vaccinations – both for your own protection and, in some cases, as a condition of entry. Our travel health service provides destination-specific advice and a full range of travel vaccinations, administered by our clinical team ahead of your trip.
We recommend booking a travel health consultation at least six to eight weeks before departure where possible, particularly for destinations requiring a course of vaccinations or antimalarial medication. We will assess your itinerary, existing vaccination history and individual health needs to ensure you travel prepared. Occupational health & driver medicals
We provide a range of occupational health assessments for individuals and employers, including statutory medicals for professional drivers and employment-related health checks:
- HGV medicals (DVLA Group 2 licence medical examinations)

Requirements vary by application type, so please contact us in advance to confirm what your specific application needs.
We recommend booking at least six to eight weeks before travel, as some vaccines require a course over several weeks to be fully effective. That said, if your departure is sooner, please still get in touch — we can often provide useful protection even with a shorter lead time.
You should bring your current driving licence, your glasses or contact lenses if you use them, and any relevant medical records or letters relating to existing health conditions. Your GP will advise on anything specific to your circumstances when you book.
We aim to issue reports and documentation promptly following your appointment. Turnaround times vary depending on the type of assessment and any additional information required. If you have a deadline, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate it.
